Before you get in touch to book your meeting space, we recommend you consider:
- Your available budget – we have a range of affordable meeting rooms, with some even available to rent in half an hour increments. We will have something suitable for your budget.
- Preferred location – ensure that the meeting room is convenient for all attendees to reach to minimise travel time.
- The number of attendees – ensure you have a room that is suitable in size to your needs. The last thing you want is to be cramped!
- Catering – do you plan of having any form of catering at your meeting? Some meeting spaces offer this service at the venues, but if they do not, you may want to bring in food externally.
