Can our business divert calls from different locations to our dedicated Jet Virtual number?
Absolutely. You are able to divert from unlimited locations to the same number.
How do we divert our calls to Jet Virtual?
Either by utilizing the standard BT features or features integrated in your phone system. Our staff are always happy to assist.
Does Jet Virtual keep a log of past messages?
Yes. For example, a call answered 3 months ago can be tracked and full details of the call can be provided.
If you forward calls through to us, how much does the call cost?
You are charged by the minute at the standard BT rate. You pay no more than if you were to return the call yourself.
Are there any long term contracts?
No – Jet Virtual understands you don’t want to be tied into a long-term contract and are confident that you will be happy with our service.
Can you receive faxes on my behalf?
Yes. With our fax to email service we will treat each fax as a message and it will be forwarded to you via email as a PDF file.
Can my Virtual Receptionist help my business in other ways than answering the phone?
Other than making the coffee, the answer is yes. Many people ask their Jet Virtual Receptionist to book flights, make appointments, find quotes etc.
How does Jet Virtual know who the call is for?
You will be given a unique ‘divert’ number for your business. When someone calls you, all your details will appear on the screen and your virtual receptionist will answer the call in your company name.
Do I have to have all my calls diverted all the time?
That’s entirely up to you – you can choose just to divert engaged or unanswered calls, or both. Or you might choose to send all calls to Jet Virtual.
If my virtual receptionist is on the phone to one of my callers and a second caller rings, what happens?
Your call is passed to one of her team who has all your information in front of her prior to answering the call. There is no limit to the number of calls that can be diverted simultaneously.
If we are expecting to be very busy for a limited period, can we take advantage of the discounts for high call volumes?
Yes. You can change to a different payment scheme anytime you wish. You must inform Jet Virtual prior to the sending out of your next invoice.
What are your hours of operation?
Our regular hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am-7pm and Sat: 9am-3pm. We also offer a 24/7 service for an additional monthly fee.
What about calls after regular hours?
If you want to send calls to us out of hours, from 7pm until 8am the next day, our Jet Virtual Receptionist will record a personalised voicemail message for you and calls will be diverted to your voicemail.The voicemail is checked by your Jet Virtual Receptionist each morning, and all messages will be written up and sent over to your email.
